Mussels à la Normande

Mussels à la Normande are a traditional Norman dish, featuring fresh mussels cooked in a rich, creamy sauce made with crème fraîche, white wine and shallots. Parsley is added for a delicate, creamy flavor.

The profiteroles

They are filled with crème pâtissière, chantilly or vanilla ice cream. Our profiteroles are then topped with a generous hot chocolate sauce, creating a delicious contrast between the sweetness of the filling and the intensity of the melting chocolate.
